For managers sending staff

Why send your team to this venue?

Training is at Unit 15, 39–41 Corporation Circuit, in the Tweed Heads South business park, an industrial estate with other companies. It is not a house on a residential street, a club, a pub, or a run-down community hall.

WHS-ready here means fire-compliant, a live defibrillator, insured, air-conditioned, tea and coffee, wheelchair-friendly, clean bathroom, parking at the door, kneeling pads for CPR training, and no stairs.

You send staff to a professional venue. They come back with a nationally recognised certificate recognised Australia wide. Groups of five or more can book a dedicated session in our venue, or we can train at your workplace (a minimum fee applies).

What your WHS file can point to

Fire compliant venue

The training venue is set up to fire safety requirements, so you can send staff knowing the venue itself meets the same duty-of-care standard you expect on site. We have a compulsory yearly fire check.

Large presentation screens

We have two large TV screens in our training venue to display our PowerPoint. This ensures everyone can see the presentations without issues.

Professional training Venue

Our venue is a dedicated professional training venue, ensuring our participants receive professional training without being distracted by shared facilities. Classes are regular; businesses can select different training days for their team training.

Live defibrillator on site

A live AED hangs in the venue in case of a real emergency. Staff train on a training AED of the same style they will find at work, then we show them the live unit on the wall, including the WHS signage.

Insured for your people

Public liability cover is in place for training in our venue. That matters when you are signing a purchase order to send a team off-site.

Air conditioned

The venue is air-conditioned. CPR is done on the floor. Your staff should not be training in a hot shed.

Tea and coffee

Tea and coffee are available so people can settle in, complete the practical, and get back to work without hunting for a café.

Wheelchair friendly, no steps

Level access from the car park into the venue. No steps. If a team member uses a wheelchair, a walker, or prefers not to manage stairs, they can attend without a workaround.

Easy parking

Parking right near our venue. No street hunt, no paid meters, no walking three blocks in work boots. We can also arrange for disabled parking right outside our venue.

WHS kneeling

Whilst it’s common for a real CPR event to require kneeling on a hard surface, we provide kneeling pads to protect knees during CPR training.

Clean bathroom facilities

Clean bathrooms are on site. Small point, until you send a mixed crew and need the venue to be a professional workplace, not a borrowed hall.

Send your team, then get them back on shift

Theory is completed online before they arrive. Time in the venue is for the practical training. Easy, no-fuss parking, the venue is level, and the certificate is issued once enrolment and online learning are complete.
